How it works
From birth details to a sourced answer
1. Your chart is calculated, not guessed
When you enter your date, time and place of birth, we find the place's coordinates and the time zone that applied on that date — including historical daylight-saving and wartime offsets. An astronomical ephemeris then computes where each planet was, which we convert to the sidereal zodiac using the Lahiri ayanamsha. From those positions we derive your ascendant, whole-sign houses, nakshatras, Vimshottari dasha periods and Lal Kitab house placements.
An AI model never calculates positions. If a calculation can't be completed, you see an error and a retry option — never an invented chart.
2. Interpretations come from a reviewed knowledge base
Traditional interpretations and remedies are stored as structured records, each linked to its source, the chart conditions it is documented for, and its review status. When you ask a question, a deterministic rule engine checks those conditions against your actual chart. Only records that match and have been reviewed are eligible.
3. The AI explains — within limits
An AI model receives your question, the relevant chart facts and the eligible records, and writes a clear answer in your language. It is instructed to state only facts from your chart, to attribute each traditional reading to its source, to keep traditions separate, and to say plainly when no reviewed remedy applies. Every citation is checked automatically before you see the answer; remedy instructions are shown exactly as documented, not rewritten by the model.
4. You stay in control
- Ask on the web or on WhatsApp, with the same chart and credits once linked.
- Rate answers or report a problem — reports go to our review team.
- Export or delete your data at any time.
