Astroilaz provides Vedic birth-chart calculations, explanations of traditional astrological interpretations, and source-attributed traditional remedies, through our website and WhatsApp.

2. Nature of astrology

Astrology is a traditional and interpretive practice. It is not a scientifically validated method of predicting events. Interpretations and remedies are provided for reflection and cultural or spiritual interest. We do not guarantee any outcome, and nothing we provide is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for those matters, and never stop prescribed treatment because of an astrological reading.

3. AI-generated content

Answers are written by an AI model constrained to your calculated chart and our reviewed knowledge base. They can still contain mistakes. Please report anything that looks wrong.

4. Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of birth details you provide and for having permission to submit anyone else's.

5. Credits and payments

Question credits are consumed only when an answer is delivered. Credits do not expire unless we tell you otherwise in advance, have no cash value and are non-transferable. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to bypass limits or security, attempts to make the AI produce harmful content, or use to harass or profile other people.

7. Intellectual property

Source materials belong to their respective rights holders and are used under licence or permission. You may share your own answers for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
