Refund policy

This document is a draft pending review by qualified legal counsel for each market Astroilaz serves.

  • Failed answers: if we can't deliver an answer, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
  • Unused credits: you can request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.
  • Problems with an answer: report it from the answer. If an answer was materially wrong because of our error (for example, an incorrect chart fact), we'll return the credit.
  • How refunds are paid: to the original payment method via our payment provider. Bank processing times vary.
  • Refunded credits are removed from your balance. Where they were already used, your balance may show a negative amount.
  • Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
